Dollar Find Friday (Denise- Peppermint pail)

Today's Dollar Find Friday tutorial is brought to you by the super talented Denise (aka Peanutbee)! This is such a cute project and just in time for the holidays :)

Mini Peppermint Pail
SUPPLIES:
Stamps: TSG Tea for Two Special Blend, TSG Year Round Sentiments (tiny snowflake isn’t pictured)
Paper: “I Wish” Simply Scrappin’ DP, White CS, Textured Real Red CS
Ink: Old Olive, Real Red
Accessories: Mini Paint Pail, Mini Candy Canes, Ribbon, Sticky Strip, Cuttlebug, Royal Red Shimmerz, Watercolor brush (not pictured), Dimensionals (not pictured), Sponge (not pictured)

- Cut the white CS to 8.5” x 0.75”, stamp the peppermint sentiment in Real Red, stamp the tiny snowflake in Old Olive in between each sentiment.
- Cut the DP to 8.5” x 1” and mat it against the white CS
- Stamp the peppermint sticks twice in Real Red ink onto White CS, cut them out.
- With the nestabilities dies, cut out the white circle and scallop red circle
- Glue the cut circles together, glue down one of the cut-out peppermint sticks, and then glue down the second one with foam tape (Dimensionals). Glue all that onto the paint pail lid with sticky strip.- Glue the 8.5” x 1” matted DP and sentiment strip to the bottom edge of the paint pail with sticky strip.- Fill the pail with candy canes and add some ribbon of choice to the handle.

Here’s a close-up of the lid showing the Shimmerz.
Thank you so much Denise for this adorable tutorial!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone! Go get inky :)
