Dollar find friday, Week in review & card give away!

Today is going to be a super busy day, we're moving! I'm not sure when I'll have access to a computer again so I am going to go ahead and do my week in review/card give away as well as today's dollar find friday.

DH has had some of these tumbled tiles lying around for over a year and I decided to finally give in and try stamping on tile. Why didn't I do this earlier??? So quick, so simple, and these tiles look so cute on my stove as a spoon rest. Since DH already had the tiles I'm not exactly sure how much they cost but he said that he thinks that you can just go to your local Home Depot and they should have some tile for about $1 a piece. I hope that you guys are able to find some!

Supplies-

Stazon ink of your color

Stamps

Tumbled tile

Step 1- Stamp your tile as desired

Step 2- Bake in a 400* oven for about an hour or so to get the ink to really set.

I hope you guys are able to try this, it's a lot of fun!

Here is my week in review picture. I'm pleased with all of the stamping that I got to do today!

Card give away- Just leave a comment on this post and I will use a random number generator to choose a winner. That person will then get to pick out their favorite card that I made this week for me to send them!

The winner of the blog candy is comment #8, BRENDA! Send me an email with your address and I will get your goodies out to you asap! Congrats!

I will announce the winner of the card give away as soon as I am able to get to the computer again. Have a wonderful weekend everyone, I know I will!

Jess all your cards are fabulous. I also love the tiles the use of black ink makes them look very elegant. I hope you find your way back to a computer my friend. I hope the same for me (I am catching some time on a friend's). I really miss you and hope we will be reconnecting soon. Good luck on your move.

Another great week of cards! I love them all and, if I win, I'd have a tough time deciding which one BUT I do love the yellow/green card! I'm wondering, how did you do those corners on the top? I don't think I've seen a punch like that, have I?

Tiles are so fun and so easy! My problem is picking out my favorite stamp set to make coasters that my hubby will not think is too girly! :) Love all the cards!

Love your tiles! The cost is $2-3 each at my local Home Depot, but close to $1, anyway :) Your Friday posts are one of my favs, thanks for sharing your creativity.
Good luck with unpacking and getting settled.

Hi Jess!

Great tutorial on the tiles.

I found a box of 9 4"x4" tiles (a square foot) at Lowe's for $5.50 in November - I made my mom coasters for her birthday.

Hope the move is going smooth.

Oh My!
The door won't hit me in the bum on my way to Home Depot. Those tiles are gorgeous! I've seen the random / loose tiles you can pick up for about $1 to $3 bucks.
