The Journey sneak peek!

Welcome to the first day of the sneak peeks for the August release! Today's blog hop challenge features a new set illustrated by Chris Dark. This gorgeous Asian themed stamp set includes so many beautiful images and sentiments!!

Did you make your way here from my lovely friend Holly's Blog? If so then great! If not, you may want to head back to the TSG Blog for all the details.
The Journey is a 6x8 stamp set that includes a total of 20 stamps and will sell for $24.

Would you like the chance to win this set? It's easy! All you need to do is comment on all of the participating Trendsetter's blogs and leave a comment on their The Journey blog post. You can start at the TSG Blog to get all of the details about this Blog Hop Challenge :)

*I sponged clouds onto the white main panel before stamping the branch from the set (which is actually two pieces!!)
*The image was stamped onto scrap cardstock 2 other times and colored with Prismacolor Pencils blended with odorless mineral spirits.
*I cut out pieces of the 'scrap' images to layer onto the branch stamped on the white layer with dimensionals
*ribbon was stiched on with sewing machine

Next on this hop is the fabulous Jessie!

Oh wow Jessica! I love the cherry blossoms. I commented to Chris that this image is what drew me in. Not only does it make me think of one of my favorite scenes in Memoirs of a Geisha - but the beautiful cherry blossoms in the DC area. Gorgeous!!
