Hooray for Friday! I am so happy that the weekend is almost here :) Even though we'll be doing some home repairs this weekend, I'm still going to be making time for my beautiful little girls and do lots of Vday activities. We'll probably make some yummy goodies, hand made Valentines cards and all that other good stuff. Last year I picked up some cute little mail boxes at Target for $1 and prettied them up. It's so fun to be able to bring out past craft projects to use as decoration for special holidays :)
So on to today's Dollar Find Friday! The fabulous Holly has made a super cute spring project using the new set Flowers of Happiness (That will be available again on Tuesday!). I could definitely use a little spring decoration around my house :)

Dollar Find Friday (Holly- Potted Plant)
First measure the circumference of the flower pot lid and cut designer paper accordingly.
I used scissors to cut tiny '^' (inverted Vs) in the designer paper (as shown in the picture below). Put sticky tape (1/4") around the rim of the pot and adhered paper to the pot.
Cut a piece of coordinating ribbon the same length as designer paper and adhered that around the lip of the pot. Wrap the bottom of the pot with wide coordinating ribbon and tie it in a knot.
Insert the popcicle sticks into the floral foam and decorate your sticks however you wish!
Beautiful job Holly, this is so cute!
