It's a bloomin' Tuesday

I've heard to people refer to a blog called Card Positioning Systems for card sketches they use but I have never actually checked it out. Well, while blog hopping the other night I came across the blog and as soon as I saw this week's sketch, I knew I had to play along! From what I understand, they post a new sketch every week with examples and offers some type of give away to participants as well. So if you are looking for some great card sketch ideas, you should definitely check out this blog!

Here is my CPS card-
I used my two new favorite things: My Mind's Eye Paper and the new TSG set Bloom. After I had my colors chosen, this card was very simple to make. I used my sewing machine to stitch my straight panels and used Nestabilities for my shape layers. I sponged the edges of the shape layers with a bit of creamy caramel ink to "dirty" them up a bit and colored the image with reinkers and a blender pen. I raised up the sentiment layer on dimensionals and added 3 flower eyelet & brads and of course some sparkle with my Stardust Gelly Roll Pen.

See you tomorrow for Stampbook Wednesday!
