On The Move Blog Hop Challenge

Blog Hop Graphic - On the Move

Torico has created the most adorable moving set,  which we think will help to ease the pain of moving just a little! Most people do NOT like to move, and this super cute set has an image and sentiment for every occasion, whether you be the one moving, or if you are sending one to a friend or family member. With a major transition such as moving, a hand stamped greeting is JUST the thing to say goodbye, hello, or just a plain welcome to the neighborhood….and there’s a DOG!!!!

Print

On the Move is a 6x8 set that includes a total of 22 stamps and will sell for $24.00.

Would you like to win the new On the Move stamp set? Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post.

You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday, August 25th with the winner being announced during the release party chat.

**********************************************

I am so in love with this new set from Torico! The images are adorable and such fun to color. I had a hard time on deciding on just one image to use for my sample today so I ended up making a set of four address change postcards!

Each of the four cards have a different image on both the front and the back along with a cute moving sentiment. All that needs to be added is the new address on the back and the the address of the person it is being sent to (along with a stamp of course) on the front. Now when you move and you send out your new address, you won’t have to worry about people forgetting it because who could throw away such a cute handmade note like these?? This would also be a great project to have kids help with!

All of the images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with OMS.

Here is a close up of both the front and backs of these postcards-

And here are some close up images-

I have created a simple postcard address template for you to download if you would like to give this project a try! After you download both the front and the back templates, you print one, flip it over and put the paper back in your printer and then print the other template on the back. Each sheet makes four postcards and I made sure to check the USPS measurement guidelines so that these can actually be sent in the mail!
