Since I haven't had the chance to make a card yet today, I wanted to share this card that I made for one of the SCS challenges last week.
All stamps used on this card are from the new set Act Of Kindness. To make the wavy bottom panel I first stamped my wavy flower image on the Pink Pirouette layer. I then stamped the image on a separate piece of Pretty In Pink paper. I cut along the stamped image first, lined it up with the first layer and then trimmed the excess paper. I love the two toned look! I want to also try this using Cool Caribbean and Soft Sky papers. Have you noticed how well those colors go together??Make sure you come back tomorrow because I will be posting a new Friday TSG Challenge as well as the link to our Friday Chat!
Hahahaha! I always seem to have about 5 square inches of work space on my table, but I have nobody to blame but myself! I love taking stuff out but hate putting anything away!
ReplyDeleteLOVE how you did the 2-toned look - really cool!
That is crazy, I totally had to do the same exact thing this morning. Well not the 3 little girls part but man o man can that scrap paper multiply!!!
ReplyDeleteI love this girlie! And yes, I TOTALLY know what it is like to have a UBER messy space and no room to stamp...speaking of which, I best go clean up! LOL!
ReplyDeleteHa girl don't you just love mornings like that...know that feeling!!! Your card you created is absolutely beautiful, love love this design and those colors GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh, yes, I DO know what it's like to try and clean-up with a 4-year-old....my saying is *I do it best 'cuz I do it twice!*
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how you do it with three little kiddos, LOL!
